Family Road provides assistance to the community and answers questions concerning various Medicaid Programs that they or their family members may be eligible for, including the program Healthy Louisiana (a program that is for children and pregnant women 0-19 whose parents’ income is too high to qualify for regular Medicaid).

Please bring proof of: identification, age, citizenship, social security number, residence, marital status, number of persons in household, income from all sources, bank accounts, insurance policies, property, and vehicles.
